DeOne Properties (D1) is a registered valuation, estate agency and property management company registered with The Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia.

In D1, we always believe in ‘Customer Satisfaction’. Our main aim is to ensure every customer needs and interests are taken care of from the beginning to the end. We believe that our relationship does not end at the conclusion of every transaction but will continue to grow as time goes on.

Despite being a relatively new player in the real estate industry we aim to change its landscape. We will be introducing new and innovative concepts such as property showroom, tender showcase, website interaction, twitter following etc. to further enhance our marketing strategies.

We will also be introducing ‘D1’s FRIENDS’; a network of associates that will assist us to meet every requirements of our customers. Our plan is to have a one stop center that provides up-to-date information and excellent service at reasonable price.
